This project consists of 2 houses of 4 bedrooms each. The houses are built in Kokkinogias street, in Agios Athanasios, Limassol.

The house comprises of 4 bedrooms 2 of which with en-suite. All water areas(wc, bathrooms, showers) are fully tiled and waterproofed.  The inside ground floor consists of a large modern kitchen in a bespoke design, material and colors ordered by the client.
The house includes many ‘innovative’ features such as fitted-in cleaning vacuum system, photovoltaic panels, surveillance system and other smart house features.
